Biden's Mandate Struck Down
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Supreme Court has blocked President Biden's executive order requiring large businesses with 100 or more employees to have their workers vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested weekly.
Court Rules in Favor of Businesses
In a 6-3 decision, the Court ruled that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) exceeded its authority in issuing the mandate. The majority opinion, written by Justice Neil Gorsuch, stated that OSHA "lacks the authority to regulate public health more broadly."
